About Me...

     My name is Jessica Davis and I am a Permanent Cosmetic ARTIST working at DejaVu Salon and Day Spa located in Platte City, Missouri.  I was trained one on one through the salon with another permanent cosmetic artist.  After my extensive training I was then certified, and obtained my license through the state of Missouri Tattooing Board to perform permanent cosmetics.  I have met all City, State, County, and Health Department regulations. The most important issue to understand is that this is a very professional service, and should only be performed by a licensed and certified artist that is licensed and properly inspected. 

About the application...

     Many people are weary about the procedure due to their lack of knowledge about it.  The application method that I use is all done by hand and not with a tattooing gun. ( This is very important because the this gives the the client more of an option on the look they are wanting.)  This method uses a product company called "softtap" that is designed specifically for the face.   This is applied to the face using a tool with tiny needles that barely tap the color under the top layer of the skin.  There is little, if any, blood and minimal swelling.  All equipment and needles are sterile and disposed after each use. The "hand method" is much more gentle and better for the delicate skin of the face, making it less invasive with virtually no pain.  Thus, making recovery time much faster.
